About Hotel

Q1. Can we share a bed with our child?

You can share a bed with your child in case your child is under 11 years old.and we don't charge for your child.

Q2. What is the Payment method details ?

Please pay in full at the time of your arrival at the hotel.
Should you require a receipt, it will be available upon payment.

Q3. Can we pay by credit card?

Yes, VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, DINERS are available.

Q4. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation on a day before you check in -- 20% 1st night of room charge
Cancellation on a day you check in -- 80% 1st night of room charge
Cancellation without notice -- 100% 1st night of room charge

Q5. What items on request are available ?

Trouser press, DVD player, iron, humidifier, plug for oversea electrocities (1000JPY deposit), laptop computer (1000JPY per night).

Q6. Can we check in early in the morning ?

Please note, here is the early check in charge.
*From 11:00 a.m. ... 30% of your room charge
*From 8:00 a.m. ... 50% of your room charge
*Before 8:00 a.m. ... 100% of your room charge

Q8. High speed internet access is available in room?

Every room has high speed internet access. And cable for internet is available at front desk.
(can not use Wi-Fi in all guest room)

Q9. Can I send my luggage before check in?

Yes, please write arrival date on slip. Charge for delivery must be paid in advance.

Q10. Can you keep our luggage before check in?

Yes. please ask front desk.

Q11. Can you keep our luggage after check out?

Yes. please ask front desk. And take it back by the day you check out.

Q12. Do we have to re-confirm our reservation?

it is not necessary. Please e-mail us if you would like to confirm your reservation.

Q13. What is the accommodation tax?

Every hotels in tokyo offer you to pay accommodation tax which is intended for customer who paying over 10,000JPY per night per person.
*Our room charges is included accommodation tax.

Q14. Do you have laundry service?

Yes, but week days only (except national holiday). Sox and underwear are unacceptable.

Q15. Do you have membership program?

Yes. Best Western Rewards (BWR) is free award program and available at every Best Western Hotels in the world.

Q16. Can we use breakfast ticket for lunch buffet?

Breakfast ticket can be used for Lunch  buffet with additional charge JPY500.

About Restaurant

Q1. What kind of menu do you have?

Breakfast and lunch is Buffet style. (Japanese, European, Chinese)

Q2. Is there smoking area?

Yes, but only teatime (15:00~18:00).

Q3. What kind of drinks do you have?

Mainly wines, beers and cocktails.

Q4. Do you have bar?

We have bar counter in restaurant.
