NOTICE OF HOTEL REBRANDING

Dear Valued Guests,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
From 15 April 2015, "Best Western Shinjuku Astina Hotel Tokyo" will be rebranded as "Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo".

Citadines Central Shinkuju Tokyo will be operated by the Ascott Limited , the world’s largest international serviced residence owner -operator .
The company operates three brands- Ascott, Somerset and Citadines and its portfolio spans more than 80 cities across 24 countries.
In Japan, the first Citadines hotel "Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo" opened in March 2009, followed by "Citadines Karasuma-Gojo Kyoto" in March 2010.
Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo" will be the third Citadines property to operate in Japan.

Customers already reserved for dates after rebranding

As mentioned above, the hotel will cease to operate as "Best Western Shinjuku Astina Tokyo" on 14 April 2015.
Please kindly note that thereafter, the property will be renamed as
"Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo".

ASTINA CLUB Members

In accordance with the rebranding, our hotel membership program "ASTINA CLUB" will also terminate its service on 31 March 2015.

For stays after 15 April 2015, BWR points / Air-miles will no longer be awarded. (Qualified stays reserved through the Best Western International website are excepted)
In addition, we will not be providing any service of the Best Western group after termination. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Guests who have reserved accommodation before this notice on 8 December 2014, and are due to stay after 15 April 2015 will continue to receive services due.

Best Western Shinjuku ASTINA Hotel Tokyo offers botteled water only on arrival day up to now. Today, we provide it everyday! Our housekeepers will place or replace botteled water when they clean the room.We will keep improve our service to satisfy our guests from many differrent angles.

As of October 1, the price of the weekday lunch buffet is ¥1,500 (previously ¥1,200). The adjustment reflects even higher standards at Stella Café Restaurant.
